At Songerie, we want you to love every piece you choose. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

How to Return

Simply reach out to us within 14 days of purchase and we'll guide you through the process. Returns are complimentary. We will arrange collection at no cost to you.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unworn and unaltered. We trust our customers to return pieces in the same care they were received.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to reflect depending on your bank or card provider.
